3 Falke Møbler was established in 1958, in the Falkonercenter, all new at that time. The aim was to create a new center for Modern Danish design. From the start, it became successful. Both domestically and on the international markets. From the early years good relations were made to the United States, and a large export of Modern Danish furniture was established. Through the years the store expanded, both in physical size and selections. We have expanded the store whenever possible. The Falkonercenter was modernised in 1988, and we took the opportunity and added several extra square meters to our showroom, and reached the size we now have. Thus enabling us to display our furniture and design as it deserves. To the left are pictures of the Falkonercenter during and after the building in 1958.

Ole Faarup, R

Having worked in the furniture business for some 20 years in Denmark and abroad, Ole Faarup bought 3 Falke Møbler in 1978. Since then it has been an objective for Ole Faarup to create a "House of interior decoration", giving clients an adventure, as well as a sample of the best in Danish and European design.
Furniture should be seen in context. Here the ambience is seen in changing environments, where we combine and match old and new - the latest from international fairs and the classic Danish design furniture. Due to Ole Faarups great interest in art, and as Chairman of The Danish Art Collectors Society, the furniture is also mixed with great modern art from Danish and international artists.

Every year we visit the largest furniture fairs in Europe, and can therefore ensure, that our selection is renewed. Allowing our customers to find the latest in interior decoration. We feel sure, by visiting our store, you will find just what you are looking for to your home, and we are looking forward to welcoming you. You are welcome if you wish to browse, talk design or test our furniture.
